Second-hand column hydraulic press Loirsafe MSSC-300

This Loirsafe MSSC-300 hydraulic press, manufactured in 1996, is a large-format column press designed for forming, calibrating, and stamping large and heavy workpieces. The maximum force of 300 tons is adjustable from 30 tons, allowing the applied effort to be adapted to different processes within the same equipment. The return force is 50 tons.

The fixed table and the movable plate share dimensions of 4500 x 2300 mm. The load capacity reaches 70,000 kg on the table and 30,000 kg on the movable plate. The plate stroke is 1200 mm, with a maximum gap between table and plate of 2200 mm, which allows working with fixtures and parts of considerable height. The table includes a lateral travel of 2300 mm which, combined with the included bolster table, facilitates loading and positioning of large-format parts without the need for additional auxiliary means.

The column guide presents a diameter of 300 mm and a guiding height of 1200 mm, parameters that contribute to the stability of the vertical movement of the load-bearing plate. The machine complies with CE regulations.
