Feeler was founded in Taiwan in 1985 as the founding brand of the FFG Group: today, a global top ten group with 36 brands and 50 plants in 10 countries
The Feeler range covers CNC lathes, vertical and horizontal machining centers, 5-axis machines, and automated production lines, built with preloaded ball screws, roller linear guides, and CNC controls from Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi. Sigma
Italian-Made Precision Machining Centers
Sigma is an Italian manufacturer with over 70 years of history in the machine tool industry. Integrated into FFG Group in 2011, it stands as one of Italy's leading producers of precision vertical machining centers.
Its flagship Flexi series delivers 3 and 5-axis vertical machining centers with proprietary spindles producing up to 33 kW of power, 235 Nm of torque, and 19,000 rpm, with sensor-based thermal compensation for dimensional stability during extended production runs.
Equiptop
CNC Surface, Cylindrical and Double-Column Precision Grinding Machines
Equiptop Hitech Corp. is a Taiwanese manufacturer founded in 1988 and dedicated to high-precision grinding machines. Based in Taichung, Taiwan and connected to the FFG Group ecosystem, their catalog covers manual, semi-automatic, and fully CNC surface grinders; double-column grinders for oversized workpieces; and cylindrical grinding machines.
Equiptop's smart manufacturing line incorporates IoT and Industry 4.0 technology: real-time monitoring, automatic compensation, and predictive maintenance. Their surface grinders are particularly valued where flatness and surface finish are critical to the final part.
Four-Star
Large-format milling centers
Four-Star is a Taiwanese manufacturer specializing in CNC gantry-type machining centers, headquartered at the Erlin Technology Park in Changhua, Taiwan. Their range includes fixed-column and moving-column bridge mills, 5-axis and 5-face machining centers, and high-precision horizontal boring and milling machines, purpose-built for large, heavy workpieces.
Key component suppliers include THK (linear guides), Kessler (spindles), and REDEX (reduction systems). Four-Star has produced gantry machines with working volumes of up to 22 x 5 x 4 meters for companies in the global industrial Top 100, with a presence in Europe, the United States, India, and Poland.
