Hydraulic press of 250 tons ONA-PRES EBd-25-18-E

The ONA-PRES oleodynamic press model EBd-25-18-E is a 250-ton force hydraulic press with column design, manufactured in 1975 and subjected to a full retrofit in 2013 that updated its electrical panel and safety systems.

Its electrohydraulic drive allows precise control of both the punch force and the stamping speed, reaching a maximum pressure of 200 Kp/cm². The machine includes a stamping cushion with a maximum pressure of 318 Kp/cm², making it suitable for deep drawing operations and sheet metal forming with active blank holding.

The 1800x1400 mm bolster table offers a wide work surface that facilitates the accommodation of large-format tooling, suitable for punch press or forming dies for medium-large sized parts. The installed power is 34.5 hp.

In the 2013 retrofit, a new electrical panel and photoelectric barriers compliant with CE regulations were installed, ensuring compliance with current safety requirements. Operation is performed using a dual push-button control, a standard system on manually cycled presses that ensures both of the operator's hands are present during actuation.
