Automatic grinder EQUIPTOP ESG-2040 TDCN 10"

The EQUIPTOP ESG-2040 TDCN 10" is an automatic flat surface grinder designed for precision flat grinding operations requiring stability, repeatability, and control in production. It features a new 10" conversational touchscreen PLC panel, facilitating cycle programming and control of the various work movements.

It has a table of 506 x 1,020 mm and a maximum grinding capacity of 1,020 mm in length and 500 mm in width, suitable for medium-sized parts. The hydraulic longitudinal travel reaches 1,060 mm, while the automatic cross feed allows adjustments between 1 and 25 mm, with feed speeds of up to 320 mm/min.

The automatic vertical feed of the head allows increments from 0.001 mm, favoring fine finishing and precision grinding operations. The grinding spindle operates at 1,750 rpm with a power of 7.7 HP, and includes a standard 355 mm diameter wheel.

The machine includes a 1,000 x 500 mm electromagnetic plate, diamond dresser on the table, ball-screw feed in the transverse feed and balancing shaft. As additional equipment it incorporates an automatic cooling system with paper and magnetic separator, plate control with degaussing, hydraulic unit cooling, electronic handwheel for Y and Z axes, and full enclosure.

For its installation a surface of 4,170 x 2,200 mm and a free height of 2,100 mm are required. The approximate net weight is 4,800 kg.
