Fixed-bed CNC milling machine A30/40 Belt

The Correa A30/40 fixed-bed CNC milling machine is a large-format machine designed for machining large workpieces with high demands on structural rigidity and precision. Manufactured in 2002, it incorporates Heidenhain TNC 426 numerical control, a system widely proven in the industry for its reliability, contouring precision, and compatibility with complex machining cycles.

The 4,500 × 1,100 mm worktable features eight 22 mm T-slots and supports a maximum load of 9,000 kg, enabling secure clamping of large-volume and heavy parts without positioning constraints. The axis travels reach 4,000 mm in X, 1,250 mm in Y, and 1,500 mm in Z, providing a large work area for milling operations in a single setup.

The milling head is of a manual universal type with hydraulic tool clamping and ISO 50 spindle nose. The main spindle covers a speed range from 20 to 3,000 rpm with continuous variation, driven by a 22 kW motor. The feed rates range from 2 to 5,000 mm/min, with rapid traverse of 15,000 mm/min on the X axis and 10,000 mm/min on the Y and Z axes.

The equipment includes cooling through the spindle, electronic handwheel, preparation for a fourth axis and shared fourth axis of Ø400 mm, as well as compensation in the Y/Z axes and CE marking. The machine is in operating industrial condition, with correct axis movement and without noises or vibrations.

The A30/40 Belt is aimed at heavy machining workshops, mold and large-format die manufacturers, and sectors such as energy, rail, or capital goods that require bed-type CNC milling machines with high load capacity and long travel for machining bulky components.
