Vertical CNC machining center EQUIPTOP EMV-1020

The Equiptop EMV-1020 is a 3-axis vertical CNC milling center for milling, drilling and tapping medium-large parts. The work area reaches 1,020 mm in X, 560 mm in Y and 600 mm in Z, with a spindle nose-to-table distance of 150 to 750 mm.

The three axes integrate linear roller guides (Linear Way) and ball screws with pretensioning. The Y axis operates with four guides and eight rolling blocks; the X axis, with two guides and six blocks. This configuration strengthens dynamic rigidity against lateral loads and reduces positioning error in prolonged working cycles.

The spindle reaches 8,000 rpm in standard configuration, optionally expandable to 10,000, 12,000 or 15,000 rpm. The installed power is 11 kW with Mitsubishi or Fanuc motor depending on version. The tool holder is BT40. The standard ATC is armless type with 16 positions; there is an option for a arm-type changer with 24 tools, maximum diameter of 120 mm and maximum tool weight of 6 kg per tool.

The table of 1,100 × 560 mm supports up to 1,000 kg of load, with five T-slots of 100 × 18 mm. The rapid feeds in X and Y are 36 m/min and 24 m/min in Z; the cutting feed is programmed between 1 and 10,000 mm/min. The available control is Mitsubishi M70/M80 or Fanuc Oi-MF.

This vertical center is aimed at contract machining workshops, mold and die manufacturers, and production lines that require longitudinal travel exceeding one meter combined with high-positioning speed and precision finishes on steels, castings, and light alloys.
