CNC vertical machining centers EQUIPTOP EMV Series

The EMV series from EQUIPTOP comprises 3-axis CNC vertical milling centers with X travel from 600 to 1,300 mm, allowing you to select the model suited to the workpiece dimensions and the production capacity of each installation. All models use roller linear guides (Linear Way) in all three axes and ball screws with pretension, a combination that guarantees high positioning repeatability and long life under continuous working cycles.

The spindle develops 8,000 rpm in standard configuration, optionally expandable to 10,000, 12,000 or 15,000 rpm according to process requirements. The installed power is 7.5 kW in the 600 mm stroke models and 11 kW in the 860 mm and up models. The tool holder standardized across the entire series is BT40, which simplifies tooling management in installations with several simultaneous machines.

The standard automatic tool changer (ATC) is armless and comes in 16 or 20 positions depending on the model; the arm-type option extends capacity to 24 tools. Certain models also feature an automatic pallet changer (APC), which allows preparing the next piece while the machine is operating, reducing dead times between operations.

The CNC control is available with Mitsubishi M70/M80 or Fanuc Oi-MF depending on the workshop's preference or the integration requirements with existing systems. The required electrical power varies between 15 and 35 kVA depending on the selected model.
