CNC drilling and tapping center FEELER TC-20α

He TC-20α of FEELER is a CNC drilling and tapping center designed for high-speed machining of small to medium-sized parts. The working table of 600 × 400 mm supports loads up to 250 kg , with traverses of 510 × 400 mm in X and Y and 300 or 400 mm in Z. The three shafts mount linear guides with rapid traverse speed of 48 m/min.

The structure is built in cast iron high-quality to guarantee rigidity and vibration absorption. The column incorporates a reinforced A-profile base that provides additional support against the forces generated in high-speed operations. The coolant and chip management system includes double coolant jet (dual flushing) with side nozzles, two inclined evacuation channels and a reservoir of 200 liters.

Direct drive spindle DDS operates at 12.000 rpm with cone 7/24 No. 30 and power of 3.7/5.5 kW (continues/30 min); the options reach 15.000 rpm with an acceleration of 1.2 seconds and 20.000 rpm with Mitsubishi control. The machine includes rigid threading and offers two configurations of automatic tool changer (ATC): turret type with 14 tools or arm type with 20 toolsboth with a replacement time of 1.8 seconds and bidirectional selection.

The TC-20α is aimed at manufacturers in the sectors of consumer electronics, automotive, semiconductor and precision molds that require high-speed drilling and tapping operations on small-format parts with diverse pattern geometries.
