Vallcal offers a vertical CNC center Cincinnati Arrow 750 on occasion, equipped with numerical control HEIDENHAIN TNC 410It is a three-axis (X, Y, Z) machine oriented to milling, drilling and tapping operations in metalworking shops by chip removal.

The unit has a worktable of 950 x 520 mm with load capacity of 455 kg , and traverses of 762 mm in X and 510 mm in Y and Z. The spindle, with cone ISO 40 (#40) , reaches 8.000 rpm with a power of 9/11 kW according to regime, and allows programming speed in increments of 1 rpm. The automatic changer operates with 21 tools through bidirectional drum rotation, with change times of 8.0/7.0 seconds. Rapid advances in the three axes reach 16/24 m/min, with positioning tolerances of 0,003 mm in X and Y, 0,004 mm in Z and repeatability of 0,001 mm.

The tool clamping system complies with DIN 69871, ISO 7388-1 and ANSI B5.50 standards, with optional BT40 tool holder.
