Z4 Hyperlink Milling Set

Set of 5 ARRALBE Z4 HYPERLINK milling cutters , of variable pitch 35°/38° and four cuts (Z4)with coating ALTIN TITAN. The set covers in one go the five cutting diameters most used in the workshop: 6, 8, 10, 12 and 16 mmwith cylindrical handle of the same diameter as the cut.

The geometry of variable pitch breaks the regularity in the entry of the edges, which helps control vibration in demanding passes and maintain a stable finish when the overhang or holding rigidity are not ideal. The four cuts provide feed per tooth distributed and allow working with cutting depths high relative to the useful length, which goes from 16 mm in the 6 to 32 mm in the 16 series. All references incorporate 45° protection chamfer , between 0.10 and 0.35 mm according to diameter, which reinforces the edge against burr removal at the entry.

The coating ALTIN TITAN extends the range of materials to be machined: steel, stainless steel, gray cast iron, copper, titanium and heat-resistant alloys , included stainless tempered steels up to 56 HRCThat coverage is what gives meaning to the operating format, because it avoids having to combine different series depending on the piece that enters the workshop.
